Receipts now have an inbox
Every organisation gets its own forwarding address. Send a receipt there and Travada Books reads it, suggests the transaction it belongs to, and files it in the Vault.

Receipts tend to live wherever they landed: a personal inbox, a WhatsApp chat, a folder of downloads. At the end of the month, matching each one to a line on your statement is slow work. Inbox gives them one place to go.
A forwarding address for your business
Every organisation now has its own Travada inbox address. Forward a receipt or supplier invoice to it, or drop the file straight into the Inbox page, and it shows up in a list waiting for you.
Read for you
Travada Books reads each document and pulls out the amount, the date, the merchant and any tax. You don't type any of it in.
Matched to the transaction
It then looks for the transaction the receipt belongs to. When it's confident, it links the two. When it's less sure, it suggests a match for you to confirm, so you're never left guessing. Once a receipt is matched, it's filed in the Vault alongside the rest of your documents, where you can search for it later.
Senders you never want to hear from can be blocked, so their emails never reach the list.
